About SORCE
The Surrey Off Road Cycling Enthusiasts Society (SORCE) has been advocating for off-road cyclists in Surrey since 2000 and became an official non-profit in 2001.
We host events, rides, and programs for all ages and skill levels while championing the development and maintenance of bike parks throughout the city.
SORCE played a key role in building South Surrey Bike Park and Invergarry Bike Park, and continues to work closely with the City of Surrey to expand local trail access.
We’re also committed to youth development—partnering with the city to offer kids mountain biking camps since 2012.

The Mission of SORCE - The Surrey Off-Road Cycling Enthusiasts Society (SORCE) exists to support and grow the off-road cycling community in Surrey and Delta.
Our Core Purposes
1. Stewardship of Trails & Parks
We assist in planning, building, maintaining, and restoring trails—especially at South Surrey Bike Park—in cooperation with the City of Surrey and Sunnyside Acres Urban Forest Advisory Committee.
2. Community Programs & Events
We organize educational programs, local races, and group rides for both members and the public.
Our focus includes:
Trail safety and responsible riding
Bike maintenance and skill development
Fundraising to support programs and events
3. Advocacy & Access
We promote responsible trail use and work to improve off-road cycling access through community advocacy.
4. Wellness & Connection
Cycling builds health, environmental awareness, and community. SORCE fosters positive spirit and rider camaraderie in everything we do.
