The first of our Fiver races, the Cap's South Shore Fiver XC Race at the Delta Watershed Park, is on Sunday, May 28th, 2023.

We have 3 categories for men and women; Beginner 1 lap about 20+ minutes, Intermediate 2 laps about 40+ minutes and Expert 3 laps about 60+ minutes.

Only $5 to race if you pre-register at Webscorer HERE.   $10 on race day so PLEASE pre-register to speed things up on race day.

Race day check-in opens at 9am and the race starts at 10am with a mass start.
