Sponsorship Packages

Support local mountain biking and community engagement through one of our sponsorship tiers. Each package includes increasing levels of exposure, recognition, and perks.

Platinum Sponsor Package

$5,000+ – Headline Sponsor

Includes all benefits of the Gold Package, plus:

  • Headline sponsor recognition for the Angular Momentum Race Series, 4th Annual Bike Fest/Feast, and all SORCE community programs

  • Top billing on all promotional materials, prize boards, event media, SORCE website, and the sponsor board at South Surrey Bike Park

  • One-year “roof-top” advertising on the Crosstrails Adventure Van

  • Front-and-center logo placement on all 2025 SORCE clothing, including jerseys and t-shirts

  • Five SORCE jerseys and t-shirts (combined)

Gold Sponsor Package

$1,000 – $5,000 – Event / Program Sponsor

Includes all benefits of the Silver Package, plus:

  • Co-headline sponsorship of one major SORCE event

  • Second-tier placement on promotional materials, prize boards, event media, SORCE website, and the sponsor board at South Surrey Bike Park

  • Secondary logo placement on event clothing and racing jerseys

  • One SORCE jersey + three t-shirts

Silver Sponsor Package

$500 – $1,000 – Product / Service Sponsor

Includes all benefits of the Bronze Package, plus:

  • Company name announced at award ceremonies for all SORCE-sponsored events

  • Logo placement on the SORCE banner and racing jerseys (Team SORCE races throughout the region)

  • Logo placement on event clothing (t-shirts and jerseys)

  • Three SORCE t-shirts or one jersey

Bronze Sponsor Package

$200 – $500 – Supporting Sponsor

Includes all benefits of the Contributing Sponsor Package, plus:

  • Logo or company name included in promotional materials and prize boards for events and races

  • Logo or company name on SORCE club t-shirts

  • Two complimentary event t-shirts

Contributing Sponsor Package

Under $200

  • Vendor space at the 4th Annual Bike Fest and Angular Momentum Race Series (minimum $100 contribution)

  • Company name listed on the Sponsor Board at South Surrey Bike Park (updated annually)

  • Logo or company name on the SORCE website with a direct link to your website
